Ashworth Publishing Terms of Trade
as at 1th January 2013
Acceptance
All goods sold on and from the above date, are subject to the following terms.
Orders
Orders can be submitted by mail, email or via our shopping cart facilities on www.ashworthpublishing.com If you pay on-line by credit card, we will send your materials immediately. All other orders will be filled upon receipt of signed official order form.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Delivery
Ashworth Publishing will arrange delivery to the address nominated in the order form. The delivery fee for each order varies depending on size and destination. Tracking is provided on all orders.
Invoices
Where purchases are made on-line, mail or email by credit card or cheque, invoices are emailed to the nominated email address. If you require the invoice to be re-sent email sales@ashworthpublishing.com.
Payment
Payment of invoices is required within 14 days from the invoice issued date.

Returns
Goods supplied in accordance with a customer’s order cannot be returned for credit.
Incorrect deliveries, damaged or faulty goods
In the event of incorrect deliveries, goods damaged in transit or faulty production, the customer should notify Ashworth Publishing within 14 days of identifying the fault. If Ashworth Publishing asks for damaged or faulty goods to be returned it would be at Ashworth Publishing’s cost. Where the fault is confirmed, Ashworth Publishing will, in accordance with the customer’s request, either replace the returned goods or provide a refund.
Ownership
The goods you order remain the property of Ashworth Publishing until the invoice is paid in full.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms of Trade set out the sole obligations and liability of Ashworth Publishing in relation to materials ordered. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability in respect to an order will not exceed the value of the relevant invoice.
Governing law
These Terms of Trade are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
